1. General Terms

By accessing and using Flamez Casino ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Site is operated under Curaçao eGaming licence #365/JAZ. You must be at least 19 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your province) to use our services. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any point during your use of the platform. 2. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted one account. Multiple accounts operated by the same person, household, IP address, or device will be closed. 3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit: C$10 across all payment methods. Minimum withdrawal: C$20. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: e-wallets and crypto within 4 hours, Interac e-Transfer same day, credit/debit cards 1-3 business days. We do not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. Identity verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per week — standard accounts: C$5,000/week, VIP accounts: higher limits as negotiated.

4. Bonus Terms

All bonus promotions are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods. The welcome bonus carries 30x wagering on the bonus amount. Maximum bet while wagering is C$5 per round. Bonus expiry is 14 days from activation unless otherwise stated. 5. Game Rules

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the affected round will be voided and your bet returned. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific game and reserve the right to remove games from the library at any time.
